Cancellations & No-Shows

• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a charge for the full session fee.

You may be eligible to receive our support through San Diego Regional Center (SDRC). To explore your options, we require an initial consultation to understand your needs and determine the best services for you.

We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation or 30-minute Introductory Consultation for $60, designed for families seeking immediate guidance, answers to pressing questions, or clarity on the next steps. This session allows us to focus on your current challenges and discuss how we can best support your family and provide future funding for parent support.

Additional Private-Pay Support Options

As an all-in-one support resource, we also offer specialized coaching and wellness sessions that are not covered by regional centers but provide invaluable guidance for parents and caregivers.

Payment Process

• A payment invoice will be sent after your session and is due the following day.

• A card on file is required to confirm your appointment, but it will not be charged unless payment is not received within the due date.
